We're Home!!!

Namaste yogis!

• We are back from our road trip around the south west! It was spectacular, breathtaking and an absolute blast but I am so glad to be home. :) Here is a break down of the trip:
• First we made our way into Colorado for the Wanderlust Festival in which I was so blessed to take class with Seane Corn and able to meet Shiva Rea, plus tons of other fun-loving yogis!
• Then we went through Utah and made our way to the Grand Canyon in Arizona...I couldn't get over how un-real it appeared. It seemed too beautiful to be true!
• Onto Las Vegas, Nevada, where even at 2 in the morning can be 110 degrees and you can still have a ton of fun regaurdless of the heat!
• Next stop is Lake Arrowhead, David's home town, and one of the most lovely places I've ever been. Specatular weather, adorable village and beautiful sights. 
• San Diego!!! I was so thrilled to be invited by Kris Boline DeGrazio to teach a workshop at her stunning studio, Soleil Yoga and Surf. I met some of the sweetest people there and felt as though I grew as an instructor. We also hit the beach for fun in the sun and caught up with friends. 
• Made a trip to Disney Land for one day and enjoyed a simple day of reminiscent fun. 
• Then back to Arizona in which we traveled along Ancient Native Ancient American Ruins. What a beautiful state full of age-old culture and astonishing nature.
• Next we head to the south end of Colorado to visit the Mesa Verde National Park. It was incredible to see how people used to live in cliff dwellings and probably one of my favorite parts of the trip. Oh...and David some how convinced me to climb a 3 story ladder into one of the dwellings while we where there!!! 

Now finally we are home and excited to be in our own space and get back to work. Today I'll be sharing photos with you from the trip...
