Namaste yogis!
Something I think almost everyone can agree on is that they want strong, shiny, healthy hair. Being a yoga instructor and having to wear my hair back everyday damages my hair and I am constantly struggling with ways to keep my hair from breaking. One day while subbing a pilates class I noticed a woman with the most beautiful hair I had ever seen! The more I got to know her, the more I realized that I was not the only person who noticed her gorgeous mane. Which is what lead me to finally ask, "What do you do to make your hair so friggin beautiful?!" She replied with an incredibly helpful and in depth answer. It seemed silly not to share that information with the world, so I asked her to be a guest on my blog.
